The MOD400 Series is a four-well food-warmer. The MOD400 Series rectangular drop-in food-warmers are top-mount. The MOD400 Series accommodates four 12” x 20” standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. The MOD400 Series food-warmer has separate controls for each individual well. MOD400 Series models are available with thermostatic or infinite controls. fuel type: electric. voltage: 208. All MOD400 series models are field-convertible to single-phase. The MOD400 series models listed in the specifications table have no standard power cord supplied. A one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models.
