The Model CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series is a high production charbroiler for space-saving installation. CM-SMB-672. width in: 72. The top grid is free floating to allow expansion and contraction without warping. The round top grid has standard spacing and a quick-lift handle. The cabinet is fully insulated and double walled, with stainless steel on all four sides. The unit has water tubs, a stainless steel service shelf with towel bar, individual front burner controls for precise regulation, all-stainless-steel burners, and a top grid scraper. The CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler's top grid has E-Z Tilt functionality. The CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler's top grid drains grease into the front trough. The CM 672 / 672-H charbroiler has 16 burners. The CM 672 / 672-H charbroiler has a rated gas input of 240,000 Btu/hr (70 kW) at standard output.
