Gas Convection Oven. DFG-200-ESDBL_NG. The DFG-200-ES double configuration includes two oven compartments. Each compartment of the Blodgett DFG-200-ES oven accepts five 18 in. × 26 in. standard full-size bake pans. The standard Artisan Touchscreen Control with meat probe allows Manual Cooking, Recipe Cooking, Cook and Hold, Core Probe Cooking, Fan Delay, and Fan Pulse. The DFG-200-ES maximum gas input is 50,000 BTU/hr (14.6 kW) per oven section. The DFG-200-ES natural-gas configuration requires an inlet pressure of 7.0 in. W.C. minimum to 10.5 in. W.C. maximum. voltage: 115. The DFG-200-ES has an oleophobic 14 gauge steel liner; its front, top and sides are stainless steel. The DFG-200-ES product clearance is 0 in (0 mm) from combustible and non-combustible construction.
