ECX-10S-36 … convection steamers. ECX-10S-36 … have an electric steam boiler base. A steamer with a 36-kW boiler draws 86.6 amps per line at 240 V, 3 phase. The electric steam boiler operates at 9–11 psi (62–76 kPa). The steamer shall be constructed of #4 finish stainless steel type 304, with a cooking chamber of one-piece, all welded, 316 stainless steel. The unit comes standard with a water treatment system, split water line, CSD-1 boiler controls and automatic blowdown. Each steamer compartment's timer has a 60-minute duration. Each steamer compartment's timer is mechanical. A steamer in the 36-in cabinet configuration is 36 in [914 mm] wide.
