The Southbend Model 36A convection oven has an LP input rating of 45,000 BTU per hour. The convection oven has a porcelain enamel interior, three racks with five-position side rails, and a two-speed, ½ hp blower motor. The Southbend Model 36A oven has a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are stainless steel. Each unit has a 1-1/4 in front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s), and a 1 in rear gas connection with a male NPT connector. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane.
