MOD200 … 900 watts per well at 208 V. MOD200 … 1200 watts per well at 240 V. The MOD200 Series food warmer has a separate individual control for each well. The MOD200 Series food warmer's control panel is front-mounted. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. Wet operation of the MOD200 Series food warmer is recommended for best results. The MOD200 Series food warmer is suitable for dry operation.
