Each chamber of the Blodgett IMV-3E oven accepts 13 in × 18 in standard half-size baking pans in a front-to-back position. The Blodgett IMV-3E oven is listed for ventless operation under UL (KNLZ). The Blodgett IMV-3E oven has a rated electrical input of 13.5 kW on the 3-phase, 208–240 VAC row. The Blodgett IMV-3E oven is listed with 208–240 VAC on the 3-phase, 60 Hz electrical supply row. The programmable control on the Blodgett IMV-3E oven can store 100+ multi-stage recipes. The Blodgett IMV-3E oven uses a capacitive touchscreen control. The Blodgett IMV-3E oven's cooking chambers are independently controlled. Each chamber has a fully welded 304 stainless steel liner.
