The controls are integrally mounted and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low-water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low-water shutoff. Construction is all-welded #4-finish type 304 stainless steel. The Southbend Steam KEPS kettle is standard with a cover. The Southbend Steam KEPS kettle cover is hinged.
