Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range (model 4603DC-4TR_NG) is a commercial, floor-style unit built for high-volume line cooking, not a compact counter appliance. It combines (2) 33,000 BTU star burners, a 48" thermostatic griddle on the right, and a 45,000 BTU standard oven base with standing pilot and 175°F–550°F thermostat, for a total of 191,000 BTU on natural gas. At 60.75" wide and 1,075 lb, with stainless front/sides, cast iron grates, and optional center-opening cabinet doors, it fits a busy restaurant or banquet kitchen that needs a multi-function range with oven under the cooktop.
