The JTKC-60-RAD Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler is a 60-inch charbroiler. Natural Gas. The “-RAD” model uses a cast-iron radiant to provide even heat. The Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler burners are controlled by manual gas valves. The Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler burner valves provide infinite control. The CHITWOOD Smoke-Ejector system provides maximum smoke to the grill surface. The smoke box is independent of main burner heat for cold smoking. The broiler has two separate 14-gauge steel drip pans to control flare-ups. The broiler uses heavy-duty cast-iron grates. The broiler has a 12-gauge all-welded firebox. The broiler has a stainless-steel cabinet interior and exterior. The JTKC-60-RAD range has a depth of 38 in. The broiler has a 3/4-inch gas regulator shipped loose, which must be installed for proper operation.
