Southbend Ultimate Series 60-inch freestanding gas range, model 4604CC-6R_NG, is a commercial indoor natural-gas range with cabinet base storage rather than ovens. It’s a high-output 60-3/4" x 34" floor unit with 311,000 total BTUs, split between open-top burner setups including star/sauté burners, 33K standard burners, and Pyromax burners, so it fits high-volume line cooking that needs both heavy heat and flexibility. Key comparison points are the stainless front/side construction, removable cast-iron grates, standing pilots, front manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, and optional casters or no-charge center-opening cabinet doors.
