The Southbend P12-H sectional range hot top extends full-width. The Southbend P12-H sectional range hot top has a uniform configuration. The P12C-H configuration has a cabinet base under the top. The P12C-H model has a gas input of 32,000 BTU/hour for natural gas. The Southbend P12-H sectional range's one burner control knob provides high/low control for the two burners. The P12-H sectional range uses electronic pilot ignition—Piezo. The hot top has removable steel plates. The exterior finish uses #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom. The cabinet base is stainless steel and has a removable door that can hinge on the right or the left. The P12-H sectional units require a regulated gas supply.
