The AGP60 Series fryer has an oil capacity of 50–60 lb. gas input btu: 240000. gas type: natural gas. gas supply pressure: 7–10 in. w.c. (17.4 mbars / 1.7 kpa). The fryer draws 0.7 A at 115V. The tank is stainless-steel construction; the cabinet has a stainless-steel front, door, and sides. A drain-valve interlock safety system turns the heat off to help prevent the oil from scorching or overheating; the fryer also has a high-temperature safety limit switch. The fryer has a 1 ¼ in full-port drain valve for fast draining and a separate manual gas shutoff for front servicing. The electrical requirements for Anets Platinum AGP gas fryers specify 50/60 Hz.
