Chef depth oven interior accommodates standard 18” x 26” (457 x 660 mm) sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. IR-G24T-E and IR-G24T-E-XB ranges have thermostat controls for the griddle top. The standard oven has a thermostatic control. The IR-G24T-E range draws 16 A at 480* V, 3 phase. The IR-G24T-E range has total electrical input of 11.3 kW at 480* V, 3 phase. The exterior features a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate.
