The supplied top of the Southbend P16-C sectional range includes a charbroiler section. The supplied top of the 16-inch sectional range has a full-width charbroiler. The sectional range with full-width charbroiler is rated at 40,000 BTU on NAT. The P16-C requires a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in. W.C. for natural gas. Each sectional unit requires a regulated gas supply; a pressure regulator must be ordered separately. Each P16-C unit's rear gas connection is 1 in. The charbroiler has removable cast-iron grates with adjustable front-to-back slope that flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The range includes a removable drippings tray. front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
