KECT-6-2. The Southbend KECT kettle assembly is a counter-type kettle. The Southbend KECT twin kettle assembly is electrically operated. The Southbend KECT kettle assembly has a tilting configuration. The KECT-6-2 configuration is listed with a capacity of 6 gallons (23 liters). The Southbend KECT kettle's steam jacket covers the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The interior cooking surface of the Southbend KECT kettle is type 316 stainless steel.
