Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4602CC-2TL_NG, with a 60.75" W x 34" D footprint and 59.5" height, suited to high-volume line cooking. It combines six 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates and a 24" thermostatic griddle on the left, for a total of 210,000 BTU on natural gas; this is a floor-standing commercial unit with stainless front/sides, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, and standing pilots. Instead of oven sections, it has two stainless cabinet bases for under-range storage, making it a better fit for busy restaurant kitchens that need burner and griddle output plus storage rather than bake capacity.
