The Southbend E-270 infrared broiler is a double-deck configuration. fuel type: electric. The E-270 electric broiler has 24 kW heating elements and controls. The E-170 and E-270 electric broilers require a power cord for 208/240 V, 60 Hz, single- or three-phase power. The Southbend broiler has separate controls for its ceramic infrared burners. The broiler grid rolls out and has five height positions; the front 3 inches receive less heat and can be used as a holding area. The Southbend roll-out broiler grid is 24-1/2 inches wide. The Southbend roll-out broiling area is 27-1/2 inches deep. The exterior panels are 430 stainless steel with a #3 polish; the interior is 430 stainless steel.
