Middleby Imperial® Spec Series IHR-6-EW-M is a 36" wide heavy-duty countertop electric wafer plate range, not a deck, convection, or combi oven. It has six thermostatic-controlled wafer plates with 3.75 kW per element, 22.5 kW total, on 240V/3-phase power with a dedicated circuit, and it’s a modular unit with no base or legs, so it fits as a high-volume countertop line piece rather than a floor appliance. Key differentiators are the sealed solid-top construction, 650°F max temperature, infinite heat controls, and 3.25" stainless landing ledge, making it suited to high-volume commercial kitchens needing fast-heating, spill-resistant surface cooking for a wide range of menu items.
