Half Size Premium Electric Convection Oven. 8KW, 220/240, 1PH. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control is manual. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven has a two-speed fan motor. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 inches. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back orientation. Each CTB/CTBR oven section has nine rack positions. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom.
