Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603AD-2GL, built for commercial indoor use on natural gas. It combines six 33,000 BTU star burners with a 24" manual griddle on the left, plus a standard oven base and convection oven base, for a 323,000 BTU total and a floor footprint of 60.75" W x 44.5" D x 59.5" H; the oven side adds 120V/3PH power for the convection motor. Stainless front and sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots, factory regulator, and a front manual gas shutoff make it suited to high-volume full-service kitchens needing range-top cooking with oven output in one unit.
