MOD200 Series 12” X 20” Two-Well Heavy Duty, Top-Mount, Rectangular Drop-In Food-Warmers. The MOD200 Series food warmer accommodates two 12” x 20” standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. operation mode: wet or dry operation. The MOD200 Series food warmer has a separate individual control for each well. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. The MOD200, MOD200D, and MOD200DM models are rated at 900 watts per well at 208 V. The MOD200, MOD200D, and MOD200DM models are rated at 1200 watts per well at 240 V. All models are field convertible from 1Ø to 3Ø. The MOD200, MOD200CSA, MOD200D, MOD200DM, MOD200T, MOD200TD, MOD200TDM, and MOD200TDMAF models have phase 1Ø. drain connector on the … MOD200DM … is an internal N.P.T. connection; this connection applies to D models only. The drain connector on the MOD200D, MOD200DM, MOD200TD, MOD200TDM, and MOD200TDMAF food warmers is 1/2 inch in size; this connection applies to D models only.
