Each deck of the listed EP 3836 ovens has a deck size of 36 in (914 mm) deep. Each Bakers Pride EP series oven chamber has one Cordierite deck. 208V, 3PH, 24,000W. The controls of all listed EP 3836 and EP 5736 ovens have a highest thermostat setting of 650°F (343°C). The controls of all listed EP 3836 and EP 5736 ovens have a lowest thermostat setting of 300°F (149°C). The EP series is constructed with a heavy-duty angle iron frame, fully welded to allow stacking up to three ovens to increase production without sacrificing space. The oven exteriors are heavy-duty stainless steel and fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures.
