The Southbend P36N-BBB-SU sectional range has a modular-mount base configuration. The Southbend sectional range is described as 36 in wide. The sectional range has six open-top burners. Each of the six open-top burners is rated 35,000 BTU LP. The P36N-BBB and P36N-BBB-SU models have a propane input of 210,000 BTU/hour each. The Southbend P36N-BBB-SU sectional range has step-up rear burners. In step-up models, the rear burners are 4 in higher than the front burners. The range front and sides are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. Each P36 sectional unit has a rear gas connection sized 1 in. Each P36 sectional unit requires a minimum propane supply pressure of 11 in. W.C. P36 sectional units require 6 in rear clearance from combustible construction. P36 sectional units require 10 in side clearance from combustible construction.
