Double Oven. The ECOF-[AP2/S2]M stacked convection-oven configuration consists of two oven units. Each oven in the stacked ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection-oven configuration accommodates 5 18-inch-by-26-inch pans. The stacked ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection ovens accommodate 10 18-inch-by-26-inch pans in total. The ECOF-2 model is electrically heated. The ECOF-2 model draws 74.2 A at 208 V AC, 3-phase. The ECOF and ECOF-2 models require installation under an approved vent hood. The Accu-Plus control package includes a HIGH-LOW speed fan switch. The Accu-Plus control package uses simple knob-set time and temperature controls. Heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior, with attractive No. 4 finish. Porcelainized steel oven interiors.
