Middleby Imperial Spec Series IHR-2HT-2-EW is a 36" wide freestanding electric range with a standard oven, set up for high-volume commercial kitchen use. It runs on 240V, 3-phase power at 18.8 kW/49 amps and has two electric wafer plate elements plus two hot tops, with sealed elements, infinite heat controls, and a standard oven with a 150°F to 500°F thermostat, porcelainized interior, and chrome rack for standard sheet pans. The 36" x 35.875" x 42" footprint and heavy-duty stainless construction make it a floor model for a full-service line, with options like casters, bottom shelf, extra racks, solid doors, and 480V available.
