The EPDHT2S9 heated enclosed plate dispenser has 2 silos. The enclosed plate dispenser cabinet has a polished exterior. The enclosed plate dispenser cabinet is constructed entirely of stainless steel. Completely welded cabinet construction with outer cabinet formed and welded to base. All seams turned in to eliminate raw edges. Built-in stainless steel tube shields. Rocker style switch with guard. Each tube independently controlled. Illuminated when ON. Drop-in tubes with field adjustable springs to accommodate differences in dinnerware weights and heights. Number of connected springs can be increased or decreased to change the platform tension release tension in 2.5 oz./in. Disconnected springs remain in place and out of the way. Self supporting flanged top. Black plastic dish guides. Each 2-silo heated enclosed plate dispenser has a rated electrical input of 1000 watts. Each 2-silo heated enclosed plate dispenser operates on 120 volts. Each 2-silo heated enclosed plate dispenser draws 8.4 amps. Each 2-silo heated enclosed plate dispenser has a NEMA 5-15P plug. The enclosed plate dispensers are fitted with casters. All casters fitted to the enclosed plate dispensers have brakes.
