Gas Ranges
The Imperial IR-4 range has four open burners. The IR-4 range has a gas output of 155,000 BTU. gas type: natural gas. The open burners are PyroCentric™ burners. Each open burner has a 7,000 BTU/hr (2 KW) low simmer feature; two rings of flame provide even heating. The open burners use standing pilots as their ignition type. The Space Saver oven accommodates 18 in x 26 in (457 x 660 mm) sheet pans left-to-right and front-to-back. The Space Saver oven output is 27,000 BTU (8KW). Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate.
