The cabinets have all-stainless-steel double-wall construction, with one controller and one pan cavity per module, and black rubber feet. The cabinet material is all stainless-steel construction with a 20-gauge polished exterior. Each cavity has a scratch-resistant polymer lower surface with a recessed aluminum plate. Lids are removable for holding drier foods and cleaning. The controller has an alphanumeric display for 25 menu items, a digital temperature and time display for each pan, a countdown timer, and an audio/visual alarm. It provides one controller for each pan. The far-left controllers control bottom heaters for each shelf, while top heaters are controlled individually by each controller. The timer can be set for up to 99 minutes in 1-minute increments; the countdown converts to seconds when less than one minute remains. Individual pan timers are provided. Pass-through cabinets also have rear displays for temperature and time. A USB port on the rear of the unit is provided for updating menu setpoints, with uploading and downloading capability.
