Southbend’s Ultimate Series 4602CC-2GL_LP is a 60-3/4" freestanding gas range with an open-burner top, not an oven-only or convection/combi unit. It has six 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with continuous wavy cast-iron grates plus a 24" manual griddle on the left, for 210,000 total BTUs, so it’s a high-output line piece for busy production kitchens rather than a small-cafe range. This propane model runs on gas only, is indoor use only, and uses two stainless cabinet bases for under-range storage instead of oven cavities; it also includes stainless front/sides, a front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the base sections.
