The cooking vessel is stainless steel AISI 304, with a 15 mm bottom, 2.5 mm walls, rounded corner angles and an anti-overflowing lip; the vessel has electric tilting on the front part. USB connection to download HACCP data, update the software and load cooking programs; the machine can also be interrogated using communication protocol MODBUS over RS485 serial interface.
