EMT-10S-10. The EMT-10S-10 has two kettles. Each of the two kettles on the EMT-10S-10 has a capacity of 10 gallons (38 litres). electrically heated steam boiler. The EMT-10S-10 has CSD-1 boiler controls. The EMT-10S-10 has a rated supply voltage of 220 V in the 1-phase, 24 kW configuration. The stainless steel mounting legs have the steam supply and condensate within the legs, and the right leg is fitted with a steam control valve for the kettle. The cabinet base has a full perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, hot and cold water faucet with control valves, 3” (76 mm) deep sinks with drain and splash guard, and boiler mountings. The EMT-10S-10 assembly is 42 in (1067 mm) wide, as dimensioned across the cabinet footprint.
