Quad Fryer with Filter Drawer with Digital Controls. The Anets AGP Series gas fryers use tube-fired construction. The AGP60W Series fryer has an oil capacity of 50–60 lb. Propane. The propane configuration requires store supply pressure of 11–13 in. w.c. (27.4 mbars / 2.7 kPa). A drain-valve interlock safety system turns the heat off to help prevent the oil from scorching or overheating; the fryer also has a high-temperature safety limit switch. The tank is stainless-steel construction; the cabinet has a stainless-steel front, door, and sides. The fryer draws 0.7 A at 115V.
