Gas Convection Oven. The ZEPHAIRE-100-G double configuration has two oven sections. The two oven sections in the ZEPHAIRE-100-G double configuration are stacked vertically. The standard-depth baking compartment in each ZEPHAIRE-100-G oven section accepts five standard full-size baking pans, each measuring 18 × 26 in. Natural Gas. The ZEPHAIRE-100-G oven's natural-gas inlet pressure requirement is 7.0 in. W.C. minimum to 10.5 in. W.C. maximum. The ZEPHAIRE-100-G oven's maximum gas input is 50,000 BTU/hr per oven section. The ZEPHAIRE-100-G oven has an SSI-M solid-state infinite control. The ZEPHAIRE-100-G oven's solid-state thermostat has a temperature control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). Air in the baking chamber is distributed by a dual-inlet blower wheel powered by a two-speed, 1/2 HP motor with thermal overload protection. The ZEPHAIRE-100-G oven's power supply is 115 VAC. The ZEPHAIRE-100-G oven's power supply is single phase.
