Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603AC-2TL_NG, is a full-size commercial range with a left-side 24" thermostatic griddle, six 33,000 BTU natural-gas star burners, and a convection oven base over a cabinet base. At 278,000 total BTU and 60.75" wide by 44.5" deep, it is a high-output floor unit for heavy-duty line service, banquets, or a busy production kitchen, not a compact countertop piece. It runs on 115V/1PH power for the oven base components, has stainless front and sides, removable cast iron grates, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, and optional casters or cabinet doors.
