The CTBHA/CTBRHA half-size convection oven uses electric heat. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven is available with a 208 V supply. plug type: field wired per local code. The CTBHA/CTBRHA standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 in. Each oven section has nine rack positions. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven has a SimpleTouch capacitive touchscreen control interface. The oven offers Manual Mode, Recipe Cooking, and Rack Timing; convection-only mode for baking and pastries; and HydroAssist Mode, which provides humidity. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven fan motor has ten speeds. The oven has a full angle-iron frame, stainless steel front, top, sides, and vent, and solid mineral fiber insulation around the cooking chamber. Standard features include a three-year oven parts and two-year labor warranty, and a five-year limited oven door warranty.
