Natural Gas. The JBR-24G-2-36C range has a listed gas input of 138,000 BTU. The JBR-24G-2-36C range is listed as 34 inches deep. The JBR-24G-2-36C range is listed as 36 inches wide. The thermostat on the Bistro range convection oven base adjusts from 150°F to 500°F. The open top sections are specified with cast iron 30,000 BTU burners with 12-inch by 12-inch steel grates. The griddles have a polished 1-inch steel plate with a 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. The unit is provided with a 3/4-inch gas regulator.
