It runs on 240V, 3-phase power at 24.0 kW and needs a dedicated circuit, so it fits fixed commercial installs rather than light-duty countertop use; the wafer plates are thermostatically controlled, sealed against spills, and rated to 650°F, while the griddle has a 1/2-inch polished steel plate and the oven is porcelainized with a 150°F to 500°F thermostat.
