Southbend Ultimate Series 60" commercial gas range, model 4603AD-2CL_NG, is a freestanding natural-gas range built for indoor heavy-duty line service. It combines six 33,000 BTU star burners with a 24" left-side charbroiler plus both a 45,000 BTU standard oven base and a 32,000 BTU convection oven base, so it fits high-volume sauté, grilling, and baking on one 60-3/4" footprint. Key buyer drivers are gas-only operation with 120V/3PH power for the convection motor and ignition, stainless front and sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots, battery-spark oven ignition, and a manual gas shutoff; optional casters and a quick disconnect are available.
