hotLOGIX HL6 Series Heated Humidified Food Holding Cabinets are designed to hold cooked food warm and ready for serving. HL6-14. The HL6-14 cabinet has a pan capacity of 28 pans in the 12 in × 20 in format. The HL6-14 cabinet has a pan capacity of 14 pans in the 18 in × 26 in format. The hotLOGIX HL6 Series uses dial controls for temperature setting. The cabinet has a double-panel door filled with 2-inch-thick high-density fiberglass insulation, a heavy-duty edge-mounted chrome-plated latch with magnetic catch, and a high-temperature magnetic door gasket. The hotLOGIX HL6 Series is capable of achieving 90% humidity. The hotLOGIX HL6 Series is capable of heating to 200°F (93°C). The hotLOGIX HL6 Series is rated at 120 volts. The hotLOGIX HL6 Series holding cabinet is rated at 17.5 amperes. The HL6-series heated holding cabinets use single-phase electrical power. plug type: nema 5-20.
