hotLOGIX HL4 Series Heated Humidified Food Holding Cabinets are designed to hold cooked food warm and ready for serving. They can also be used for proofing. hotLOGIX holding cabinet with fixed wire slides for 12” × 20” × 2.5” or 18” × 26” pans on adjustable, removable racks. The hotLOGIX HL4 Series cabinet tray racks have fixed spacing of 3 inches. The cabinet has aluminum interior and exterior, double-wall, insulated construction with a removable blower heat and humidity module. The cabinets feature a removable bottom-mounted heating module with recessed dial controls for heat and humidity. can heat to 190°F (88°C). In proofing mode, the hotLOGIX HL4 Series holding cabinet provides approximately 90–95% humidity. The hotLOGIX HL4 Series holding cabinet draws 17.5 amps at 120 volts. The hotLOGIX HL4 Series holding cabinet is single phase. The hotLOGIX HL4 Series holding cabinet has a single electric connection. The HL4-5 heated holding cabinet has an inside working height of 15 5/16 in (389 mm).
