Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" freestanding gas range with convection oven base, built for high-volume commercial kitchens. It combines six open burners in a split layout—(3) star/sauté burners in front and (3) 33K BTU burners in back—with a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right and two convection oven bases, for a total of 310,000 BTU on propane. The range is 60.75" wide and 44.5" deep, requires gas plus 115V/3-phase power for the ovens, and includes stainless front/sides, cast iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark oven ignition, and a factory-installed regulator.
