hotLOGIX HL3 Series Heated Food Holding Cabinets are designed to hold cooked food warm and ready for serving. The hotLOGIX HL3 heated holding cabinets accommodate 12 × 20 × 2.5-inch steam-table pans. The hotLOGIX HL3 heated holding cabinets accommodate 18 × 26-inch sheet pans. The HL3-14 cabinet has an inside working height of 44 in (1118 mm). 120V, 1PH. The standard hotLOGIX HL3 heated holding cabinet draws 15.0 amps. The HL3-series cabinet has an electrical input of 1750 watts. The heater is capable of heating to 190°F (88°C); pre-heating to 160°F (71°C) takes approximately 30 minutes. The cabinet has a removable bottom-mounted heating module with recessed dial control. The hotLOGIX HL3 heated holding cabinets have double-wall construction.
