The Southbend BEMTS-30 and BEMTS-40 electric cabinet-base hydraulic tilting skillets are electrically heated. The Southbend BEMTS-30 tilt skillet has a capacity of 30 gallons (114 liters). The Southbend BEMTS-30 and BEMTS-40 skillets are specified for operation at 240 VAC, three phase, 60 Hz. The Southbend BEMTS-30 has an electrical input of 12 kW. The Southbend BEMTS-30 draws 28.9 A per line at 240 V, 3 phase. The pan is formed from 10-gauge 304 stainless steel, with a #4-finish exterior and polished interior with coved corners for easy cleaning. The pan has a spring-assisted, hinged, stainless-steel cover with a full-width handle, no-drip condensate guide, etched gallon markings, and a vent port with swing cover. The pan body has a sloped front and is front-hinged for tilting and easy pour control, and comes with a removable pour strainer. The Southbend BEMTS-30 and BEMTS-40 skillets use a hydraulic lift system as their tilt mechanism. Southbend BEMTS-30 and BEMTS-40 skillets include a temperature thermostat as a control.
