The FIREX UCBTE082ACV1 electric tilt braising pan has a touch screen as part of its control interface. The panel board has an on/off switch, keys to turn the mixer on and off and move the basin, eight cooking modes, and settings for cooking type and time. Cooking can be performed in Manual or Program mode, and multiphase cooking programs can be created and edited with phase-specific cooking parameters, mixer settings, wall-heating settings, and text messages. The cooking vessel is stainless steel AISI 304, with a 12 mm bottom and 3 mm wall. The vessel has a stainless-steel AISI 304 double-cover lid with an ergonomic handle and four-point locking system; its gasket is food-grade silicone with one jointing point, and it is balanced by gas springs. The braising pan has a self-supporting stainless-steel AISI 304 frame, a fine-satin-finish stainless-steel AISI 304 outer cover, adjustable stainless-steel feet with removable covers for cleaning, access to main functional parts by removing the front panels, and IPX5 protection.
