Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range with convection oven base, built for commercial indoor use on natural gas. It has six 33,000 BTU non-clog cast-iron open burners, a 24" raised manual griddle/broiler on the right, and two convection ovens in the base, for a 295,500 BTU high-volume setup that fits banquet, heavy-line, or multi-station kitchens. The unit is 60.75" wide, floor-standing, 115V with 3-phase 5.9-amp electrical needs for the oven motors, and includes a factory regulator, front gas shutoff, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
