Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" natural gas freestanding range for high-volume indoor commercial kitchens, with six 27,000 BTU non-clog burners on wavy cast grates and a 24" charbroiler on the right. At 226,000 total BTU it is a heavy-duty, full-size floor range, not a compact or light-duty unit, and it uses a stainless steel front/sides, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots for the top and battery spark ignition for the bases. Instead of ovens, this configuration has two stainless steel cabinet bases for storage, and it suits busy restaurant line cooking and grill service where a large cooktop plus charbroiler is needed.
