This Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" freestanding gas range is a heavy-duty, high-volume floor model with a cabinet base and a 32,000 BTU convection oven below, paired with a 24" right-side raised griddle/broiler. The top is set up with 3 front star/sauté burners and 3 rear 33,000 BTU burners on removable cast-iron grates, for a 263,500 BTU natural gas total; it also uses standing pilots, a factory-installed regulator, and front manual gas shutoff. The oven base runs on 115V with 3-phase/5.9A power and has three racks, five-position rails, and a 175°F–550°F thermostat, making it a strong fit for a busy restaurant line that needs sauté, griddle, and convection baking in one unit.
