The EZ24 steamer is a countertop steamer. The cooking chamber is one-piece welded 300 Series stainless steel with coved corners; the door has a removable stainless steel inner liner and a one-piece all-welded stainless steel outer liner. The EZ24-5 holds a total of 10 pans at 1 in [25 mm] pan depth. The EZ24-5 holds a total of 2 pans at 6 in [152 mm] pan depth. The EZ24-5 holds a total of 5 pans at 2.5 in [64 mm] pan depth. The EZ24-5 holds a total of 3 pans at 4 in [102 mm] pan depth. The EZ24-5 steamer has a listed 10.0 kW rating when configured to 2/3 rating.
