The P16C-C model is a cabinet-base sectional range. The supplied top of the 16-inch sectional range has a full-width charbroiler. The P16C-C is rated for natural gas at 40,000 BTU/hour. The Southbend P16-C full-width charbroiler has two burners. The charbroiler has removable cast-iron grates with adjustable front-to-back slope that flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The cabinet base is stainless steel and has a removable door that can hinge on the right or the left. The range includes a removable drippings tray. Each P16-C unit's rear gas connection is 1 in.
